Check Was in the Mail, and More

I was floored when I picked up the mail today and opened a package containing CJ Hadley’s latest coffee table book “The Long Trail Home”, along with a check for my piece which appears in it, “Andy Little, Sheep King U.S.A.”

The book tells the stories of the men and women who made the West. It’s pretty special (if I do say so myself). Copies can be ordered here.

I’ve been writing for magazines for years so I was surprised at the feelings that bubbled up when I saw my words hard-bound in a book. Legit, was the word that came to mind.
